- Written estimates are only provided at customers request.
- Repairs estimated to be more than $2,500 will require a deposit before work begins.
- Forklifts remaining at OJL Forklifts longer than 5 business days after work has been completed will be assessed storage fees of $10 per day.
- Forklift repairs that have not been paid after 30 days will have a lien placed against the equipment and additional fees will apply.
- All repairs are covered by a 30 day parts and labor warranty.
