Onsite Service Calls:
1. Payment is C.O.D. unless otherwise authorized by OJL Forklifts. Payment can be made via company check, credit card or cash.
In-shop Repairs:
1. Estimates must be replied to withing 2 business days.
2. Once repairs are completed, payment must be made within 7 business days. After 7 days, storage fees will apply at $25 per day.
